Note: MintMeFi is currently an early-access waitlist, not a live product. These terms will be substantially expanded and reviewed by an attorney before any product involving real account connections or compensation features launches.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the MintMeFi waitlist or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or submit the waitlist form.

2. What MintMeFi Currently Is

MintMeFi is, at this stage, an early-access waitlist for a future product intended to give individuals visibility, control, and eventual compensation opportunities related to their personal data. No product connecting to your real accounts (such as email) currently exists. Joining the waitlist does not grant access to any live service, nor does it guarantee a specific launch date.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to join the waitlist.

4. No Guaranteed Earnings

Any figures, projections, or examples shown on this site — including value estimates, scores, or illustrative dollar amounts — are estimates only, based on general market research and assumptions. They are not guarantees of actual earnings or compensation. Actual compensation, if and when a compensation program launches, will depend on participating organizations, dataset demand, and terms not yet finalized.

This site also references third-party research, regulatory records, and publicly reported cases (such as market research on the data broker industry, and enforcement actions or settlements involving other companies) to illustrate how personal data is generally used and monetized. These references are presented in good faith based on publicly available sources at the time of publication. MintMeFi does not independently verify, and does not guarantee the ongoing accuracy of, third-party research or case details that may be revised, appealed, or updated after publication.

5. Referral Program

MintMeFi's referral link system lets you share a personal link and be credited for referrals. This is currently informal and untied to any specific reward — MintMeFi reserves the right to define, change, or discontinue any future referral incentive at its discretion.

6. Free to Join

Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to any future purchase, data connection, or commitment.

7. Intellectual Property

The MintMeFi name, logo, and site content are the property of MintMeFi. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

This site and waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. MintMeFi is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as MintMeFi develops, especially once real product features launch. We'll aim to make any material changes clear rather than silent.
